​The ESDG Module spans 36 months and is organized into six tasks:

1. Development and implementation of the ESDG Teaching Module. 
2. Launching the ESDG Training Academy. 
3. Ongoing quality assurance and monitoring. 
4. Dissemination and promotion activities. 
5. Overall project management and coordination.

​​Work Packages
​WP1: ESDG Rollout
Goals:  

1. ​Integration of ESDG Content: Embed the ESDG Module into MBA programs by incorporating EU’s ESG policies into the "Business Strategies" course, establishing it as a core curriculum component and positioning UNS as a leader in EU ESG policy education.
2. Establishment of the ESDG Training Academy: Develop an annual training program to enhance understanding and application of EU ESG policies across academic and professional sectors.
   
3. Enhanced Awareness and Communication: Raise awareness and improve understanding of EU ESG policy challenges through targeted dissemination to academia, industry, and media.
